Evergreen Customs is an independent watch customization and engraving studio. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, licensed by, or an authorized dealer or service center for Casio, G-SHOCK, automobile manufacturers, or any other third-party brand referenced on this website, unless a specific collaboration is expressly identified in writing.
Customized and aftermarket components
Products and examples shown on this website may combine an original base product with aftermarket, independently manufactured, engraved, refinished, or otherwise modified components. A customized item is not represented as a factory-original configuration or as a product customized by the original manufacturer. Product descriptions and order confirmations identify the selected customization whenever reasonably practical.
Third-party trademarks
Third-party brand names, model names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Evergreen Customs does not claim ownership of those marks. References to third-party brands are intended to identify an underlying product, compatibility, or a customer-requested design and do not imply sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement.
Manufacturer warranty
Customization, engraving, disassembly, refinishing, or installation of aftermarket parts may affect or void the original manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranty coverage is determined solely by the original manufacturer. Any warranty expressly provided by Evergreen Customs applies only according to its own written terms and is separate from a manufacturer warranty.
Customer-submitted materials
Customers who submit photographs, logos, artwork, names, text, or other materials confirm that they own the necessary rights or have permission to use those materials for the requested work. Evergreen Customs may decline or cancel a request that appears unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate.
Intellectual-property concerns
If you believe material displayed on this website infringes your intellectual-property rights, please use the “Message the maker” form on the main page and provide enough information to identify the material and the rights involved. Evergreen Customs will review good-faith notices and may remove or restrict material when appropriate.
